Mandhata Dham is an online donation platform that enables individuals and organisations to contribute to charitable, humanitarian, and community-support causes. We facilitate the collection and deployment of funds for campaigns and programmes operated by or in partnership with our organisation.

This Website is intended for informational and transactional purposes — specifically to enable users to make charitable donations using Razorpay's secure payment gateway.

3 Eligibility

To use this Website and make a donation, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
• Have a valid Indian bank account, UPI ID, debit/credit card, or net banking access
• Provide accurate and truthful personal information during the donation process
• Not be barred from making or receiving donations under applicable Indian law (including FCRA, IT Act, PMLA)

By making a donation, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above.

4 Donation Policy

4.1 Nature of Donations

All donations made through this Website are voluntary charitable contributions. They are not payments for goods or services, and no exchange of goods or services is implied or provided in return for a donation.

4.2 Use of Funds

Donation funds are used exclusively for the charitable purpose(s) described on this Website. We are committed to full financial transparency. We do not use donation proceeds for administrative profit.

4.3 Tax Benefits

Donations may be eligible for tax deductions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to our registration status. An 80G certificate (if applicable) will be issued upon request via email. The availability of tax benefits is subject to applicable law and our current registration status.

4.4 Minimum Donation

The minimum donation amount is ₹1 (One Rupee). There is no maximum limit, however, donations above certain thresholds may require additional KYC documentation as per applicable RBI and FCRA guidelines.

5 Payment Terms & Razorpay Integration

5.1 Payment Gateway

All payment transactions on this Website are processed exclusively by Razorpay Software Private Limited (CIN: U72200KA2013PTC068729), a company duly licensed and regulated under applicable Indian law. Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and approved by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as a payment aggregator.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

• UPI (all UPI apps including GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
• Mobile Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, etc.)

5.3 Transaction Security

Payment credentials (card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, banking passwords) are entered directly into Razorpay's PCI-compliant infrastructure and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We verify each completed payment using HMAC SHA-256 cryptographic signature validation.

5.4 Currency

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

5.5 Payment Failure

If your payment fails after being debited, the amount will be automatically returned to your original payment source by Razorpay within 5–7 business days. For assistance, contact us at mandhatadham@gmail.com with your transaction reference number.

6 Donor Display & Leaderboard

By making a donation without selecting the "Stay Anonymous" option, you consent to having your name and donation amount displayed publicly on our website's donor leaderboard and recent donations feed. Your email address and phone number are never displayed publicly.

If you selected "Stay Anonymous", your name will be displayed as "Anonymous" in all public-facing sections. You may request to update your anonymity preference after donation by contacting us at mandhatadham@gmail.com.

7 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this Website to:

• Make donations using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments
• Engage in money laundering or any activity that violates the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA)
• Submit false personal information to manipulate the donor leaderboard
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse our platform
• Make donations on behalf of sanctioned individuals or entities
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

We reserve the right to reject, reverse, or report to law enforcement any donation that we reasonably suspect violates the above prohibitions.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software — is the property of Mandhata Dham and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Website without our express written permission.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mandhata Dham and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any failure or delay in payment processing by Razorpay or any bank
• Any technical errors, interruptions, or failures of third-party services

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this Website shall not exceed the amount of your most recent donation.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
